I shall prostrate before supreme Lord
Medhadhakshinamoorthi who is worshiped by Lord Bhrama and deities, he was
assigned by Yogmaya, he is Shivayogi, he is supreme bliss, he is the safest
heaven to his ardent devotees, he is the essence of Veda and Vedantha, and all
the greatest philosophies, he is seated under the Vatavruksha, he is eloquent,
he is highly honorable, he is beloved of Malayaja/daughter of Mount Himavan, he
has pleasing disposition, he fulfills all the desires of the worshiper, he is
too compassionate and empathetic to worshiper, he symbolizes all the dance
forms , art and music, he symbolizes
Karma, he protects us from Karma, he
witnesses the Karma of living beings, he symbolizes Karma, he disperses the
fruit of Karma, he imparts supreme knowledge and wisdom, and morality, he protects from all kinds of perils
and afflictions, he is the Lord of distressed,desolate and destitute, he is
supreme Lord whose lotus feet are the safest heaven to worshiper, he showers
abundance of boons, he has great effulgence, he illuminates the Universe with
his radiance, he resides as soul in living beings, he is seated on the skin of
leopard, he is primeval deity, he is Maheshvara who is the source of Universe
and its living beings, he is extremely valorous, he is omnipresent, he is
beloved of illustrious Rishis and Sages, he eradicates miseries, sorrows and
depression, he is the source of happiness to the Universe, he has great
radiance, he is the Lord of Universe, he is worshiped by Deva and Asura as
well, he has won over death, his matted hair locks resembles to sky, he
symbolizes Shatthrisham Thaththva/36 philosophies, he is the ultimate object
for the people who yearn for liberation, he is supreme ascetic, mendicant, he
is unique, he is attired in directions as clothe, he represents all the
deities, he has Soma, Surya, and Agni as eyes, he is eminent, he ensures the
existence of righteousness, he represents Universe and its living beings, he is
Pashupathi who is Lord of living beings, he eradicate worldly bondage, he has
eight glorious forms as Sharva, Bhava, Rudra, Ugra, Bheema, Pashupathi, Mahadeva, and Eshana, he has great radiance,
he provides liberation to worshiper upon the simple act of recitation of his
sacred names.
