Sri Bhairva speaks “ Worshiper who eulogizes the glories of lovely faced/Varanana, Goddess Sri Kalika would attain success in all endeavors, she is Kali who is decked in garlands made of  Kapala/Kapalini, she is Kantha/attractive, she symbolizes amorous sport, she is stunningly gorgeous, she represents Kalarathri/dark hours of the night, she is Kalika who is worshiped by Kalabhairava, she is fascinating, she is most desirable, she is noble, she represents illustrious clan, she augments the nobility of the clan, she is semared in rich frangrant musk in bluish color, she is most desirable, she represents passionate sport, she represents the syllable ‘Kakara’, she symbolizes divine Kamadhenu/wish fulfilling cow, she is wielded in powerful sword, she enhances the happiness and reputation of the clan, she represents passionate sport and all art forms, she carries powerful sword in her hand, she has emaciated physique, she is Kamakhya,she is youthful, she is the protector of illustrious clan, she has born in illustrious clan, she is young maiden who represents illustrious clan, she is worshiped by illustrious clan, she is Kashyapi, and Krishnamatha as well, she carries Kulisha/weapon, she represents art forms, she symbolizes the sacred syllable ‘Kreem’, she is most desirable, she is Kamala who venerates Lord Krishna, she has thin physique, she is Kinnari, she represents emissary, peacock, descendent of Krta, she has conch shaped attractive neck, she is noble, she has the attractiveness of lotus flower, she causes rebirth to Kamadheva, she is highly honorable born in the illustrious clan, she is eulogized by all, she is eminent and she is the protector of illustrious clan, she represents the art of Kamadheva, she is Kalpalatha/wish fulfilling creeper, she enhances loveliness, she represents Lord of Love, she gets pleased with the veneration of lotus flowers, she get delighted with the veneration of Kadamba flowers, she is Kadambini who dwells in the woods of Kadamba tree, she resides in the cluster of lotus flowers, she is the delight of Lord Krishna, she takes immense pleasure in the veneration of little girls, she is embellished by the association of young maidens, she finds immense delight in the association young maidens and their observance of austerities, she is most attractive and proficient in art of love, she is wielded in Kapala and Gadga, she represents Kalabhairava, she dwells in caves, she is attired in directions as garments, she dwells in sacred land of Kashi and highest peaks of  Kailasa, she is Kathyayani who is the daughter of Sage Kathyayana, she is the source of actions in living beings, she imparts the knowledge in poetic skills and all Shashtras, she lures the heart of worshiper with her enticing form, she dwells in Kamapeeda, she is Kakini who takes immense pleasure in various sport, she can be abhorrent and quarrelsome, she is Kaushiki who is the provider of fame, she has large and high raised bosom, she is fond of red-water lily, she is most attractive, she dwells in the dense woods, she is dearest darling of Lord Krishna, I shall narrated the highly confidential hymns praising the splendor of Kalika, these are the hundreds of sacred names of Goddess Sri Kalika should be recited on daily basis, worshiper would attain all that desired in the three worlds with the grace of Goddes Kalika, Kalishathanamashtakam should be recited with intense faith and devotion during the early hours of dawn or noon or dusk, or all through the night, Goddess Kalika will reside in the house of worshiper always, these sacred hymns can be recited sitting in the open place, or  funeral ground, or woods or caves or standing in the middle of water, or in the middle of the fire, or in the middle of battle field, or during the hours of  threat for life, these are highly propitious hymns which could provide all kinds of well being to worshiper, Goddess Kali should be consecrated followed by prescribed rite and worshiped with these sacred hymns would bring all kinds of supernatural powers to worshiper with the grace of Goddess Kalika.”
